The certificate number is printed on the issued certificate document, typically in the lower section alongside the issue and expiry dates. It usually follows the format DB-[STANDARD]-[YEAR]-[SEQUENCE], e.g. DB-ISO27001-2024-00421.
A suspended certificate means the organisation has temporarily lost its certification status, typically due to a failed surveillance audit or non-payment of fees. During suspension, the organisation may not claim certified status. Suspension may be lifted once corrective actions are completed and verified.
Our registry is updated in real time. Any status changes — including new issuances, suspensions, withdrawals, or scope updates — are reflected immediately following the certification decision. You can be confident you are viewing the most current information available.
This portal only verifies certificates issued directly by Digital Badge. For certificates issued by other certification bodies, please contact that respective organisation's verification service or consult the relevant accreditation body's public register.
